How Checkout Works

  4. Enter your shipping information.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method.
  6. Confirm and complete payment.

Once payment is approved, you will see an order confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.

Currency

All prices on doterrastores.my and all transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fees. We do not control those third-party charges.

Payment Security

We use SSL encryption to protect payment data during transmission. Payment processing is handled by established payment providers that follow industry security standards. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may try another accepted payment method or contact your bank or PayPal for more information. If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us at info@doterrastores.my and we will review the transaction with you.

Sales Tax

We do not add sales tax at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay for the product and for standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. If your state or local jurisdiction requires you to report and pay use tax on online purchases, that obligation is yours as the buyer.
