How Access Works
When you enroll in an online training course, you receive access instructions by email after your order is confirmed. Access is typically provided within 1–2 business days of purchase. If you do not receive access instructions within that window, contact us at info@doterrastores.my and we will help you.

Refunds for Digital Courses
Because online training courses are digital and access is provided quickly, refund eligibility depends on whether the course has been accessed. If you have not accessed the course material, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. Once course access has been used, refunds are not available.
This is different from our physical product return policy, which follows the 30-day return terms described in our Return & Refund Policy.
