1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of doterrastores.my and any purchase you make from doterrastores. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You do not need to create an account to place an order. You may check out as a guest.

If you do create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, current, and complete information
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or operation
  • Copy, scrape, or resell any part of the site without written permission
  • Submit false or misleading information

3. Product Information and Pricing

We describe our products as accurately as possible. However, product images, colors, and descriptions are for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time you complete your order. We do not add sales tax at checkout. If a pricing error is discovered before your order ships, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure SSL encrypted connection.

You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider, including currency conversion fees if your account is not in USD. We do not charge hidden fees. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay for the product and standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are generally processed the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery is therefore 4–7 business days after order placement.

Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guaranteed dates. Weather, peak season, and carrier disruptions can affect delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Defective items are handled with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

We do not charge restocking or reset fees. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund goes back to your original payment method and may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original item and place a new order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and page design, belongs to doterrastores or is used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the site without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, doterrastores is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at info@doterrastores.my so we can try to resolve it directly. If we cannot resolve it informally, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
